1. Service scope
Voice Automata provides AI-assisted transcription and text structuring tools. You are responsible for how you use generated output and for complying with local laws.
2. Account usage
You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Billing and access
Paid features are granted according to your active plan. Trial access, if available, is time-limited. If payment fails or no active plan exists, premium features may be restricted.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including attempts to compromise service security or misuse other users' data.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice Automata is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
