Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Plan cancellation

You may cancel future renewals at any time from billing settings or by contacting support. Access remains active until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

2. Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed individually. If a technical issue prevented service use and could not be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be approved.

3. Non-refundable cases

Charges for completed billing periods, abuse-related account actions, or misuse of service generally are not eligible for refund unless required by law.

4. Request window

To request a refund, contact support within 14 days after payment and include account email, transaction details, and issue description.
