Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Plan cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time from billing settings or by contacting support. Access remains active until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
2. Refund eligibility & 30-day guarantee
Lifetime early-access purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee from payment date. If the application does not fit your workflow, contact support for a prompt refund.
3. Non-refundable cases
Charges for recurring billing periods beyond the request window, abuse-related account actions, or service misuse generally are not eligible for refund unless required by law.
4. Request window
Lifetime plans: 30 days. Recurring monthly subscriptions: 14 days after payment. To request a refund, contact support and include account email, transaction details, and issue description.
